Carole Startin has over 20 years in travel & tourism. Roles during this time range from Travel Agency management, contracts & product management within airline tour operating environments, destination management for US products such as New York State and Florida, plus many years experience in customer acquisition and retention including CRM, partnerships, marketing and sales management with a global hotel group.
Her responsibilities include product development and marketing of 10 pan regional activity lines, the development of the regional tourism strategy within The North Wales Borderlands and the North East Costal resorts, management of the Regional Events Support Scheme grants and Selective Tender Register, where companies can register their interest in tendering for TPNW contracts.
