Carole has over 15 years experience in travel & tourism. Roles during this time range from retail management, contracts & product management within airline tour operating environments, destination management for largely US products such as New York State and Florida, plus many years experience in customer acquisition & retention including CRM, partnerships, marketing and sales management with a top hotel group.
Her responsibilities including the development of the regional tourism strategy within Borderlands and the North East Costal resorts, plus the continuing development of the short breaks programme across the North Wales region.
